Today in the Spotlight… Mild Education: Modern Poetry.
Part 2: The World.
In the Pilots, we only see glimpses of the world of Mild
Education, but I believe from what is there it’s clear that this world, or at
least this place, while familiar, functions a lot differently than our world.
It is a world under control.
You may have noticed that besides The Least Important Man
in the Room, LIMIT_R’s nametag sometimes reads 7896-4. That’s his ID Name in
the world. While everyone does have a real name, in public people go by these
ID Names or use special monikers (for various reasons) like LIMIT_R or Mr.
WenDaisy. That said, there are those people important enough to keep their true
name while in public. It’s all apart of this world’s control system.
This world has many secrets and most of them are of the
unsavory kind. What it doesn’t want you to know it hides away or erases it, or
you for asking.
Well, that’s gonna be it for today, however, before you
